ABOUT US 

Lotus National Schools are run by the Lotus Learning Systems Society (LLSS). LLSS entered into the field of 'affordable quality education' in the year 2004. We took a historic step and launched six CBSE schools at the same time in the combined state of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2004. Our institution is governed in a sustainable, responsible and transparent manner addressing the needs and interests of all stakeholders – Students, Teachers, Parents and Local Community.

Beliefs

We believe in quality education through implementation of government policies.

We believe that assessments at classes V and VIII are necessary as they help to gauge the understanding and knowledge of students and determine if they are ready to transition into the next stage of learning. Class III students should be assessed as well, primarily on their reading skills.

We firmly maintain and belief that 50 percent passing marks is absolutely imperative to improve quality of school education in India. Our schools have been following the 50 percent pass marks criteria since the past one year and we are proud to say that it has yielded positive results. The implementation of this criterion is a result of research and hard work of over five years in the education field.

RENUKA RAJU

Mrs. K. Renuka Raju completed her Masters in Education from the College of Education and Allied Professions, University of Toledo, Ohio, USA. She underwent Executive Education in Marketing Management at Columbia University, NY, USA.

She has over 25 years of working experience in education sector in the US and India, which includes planning and implementing vocation bound programs for disadvantaged youth and persons with disabilities as Counselor and Job Development Representative at Duval County Public Schools, Florida, USA. She played a critical role as founder –Promoter of LLSS right from conceiving the idea to planning, executing and developing a chain of six schools affiliated to CBSE in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State.

She was a member of Strategic Communications Group of National Literacy Mission Authority till 2012.

She is a former member of The Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH).

She is the founder and CMD of KOVIDA Ltd., an organization focusing on educational and training solutions, well integrated into modern technology.
